Platform: Refers to the Proptins Global Consults Limited website and mobile applications.
User: Any individual accessing and using our platform, including landlords, tenants, and prospective tenants.
Services: Refers to our offerings, including property building, property management, property listing, rental services, and wallet payment system.

Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

Property Building Services

We offer property building services, including architectural designs and bills of quantity if needed. Project management tools, such as "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done" stages, are provided to monitor project progress. By engaging with us for property building services, you acknowledge that timelines and project deliverables are estimates and may vary based on project specifics and external factors.

Property Management Services

Premium Tier: This tier allows landlords to subscribe with a monthly or annual nominal fee, enabling quality vendor management for various tenant services. Tenants can request services such as repairs, waste disposal, security, estate management, cleaning, tenancy management, and preventive maintenance. All requested services require the landlord’s approval, and the landlord is responsible for covering the associated costs.

Passive Tier: This tier includes tenancy management and regular property checks only, with no additional fees.

By subscribing to either tier, you agree to fulfill all payment obligations and to respond promptly to service and repair requests in accordance with the selected management tier.

Property Listing Services

Landlords can list their properties on our platform, including relevant details, images, and videos. By listing a property, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or refuse listings that violate our policies or legal requirements.

Rental Services

Our platform allows tenants to view available properties, rental terms, and prices. Prospective tenants may submit rental forms for desired properties. Submission of a rental form does not guarantee tenancy; final decisions are subject to the landlord’s approval.

Wallet Payment System

Our wallet payment system enables savings, withdrawals, and rental payments. By using this system, you agree to:

Maintain sufficient funds in your wallet for payments.
Verify the accuracy of all transactions before completion.
Be solely responsible for any fees associated with wallet transactions as may be applicable.

Our platform takes security measures to protect wallet transactions; however, we are not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence.

User Obligations

Provide accurate and up-to-date information in all interactions.
Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
Refrain from unauthorized access, interference, or tampering with the platform.
Accept responsibility for any actions or omissions that breach these terms.

Fees and Payment

Fees for property management services and wallet transactions may apply. By using paid services, you agree to fulfill all payment obligations on time. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in service suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are the property of Proptins Global Consults Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Proptins Global Consults Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violation, illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.
